Título: Sistematização dos processos essenciais do setor de marketing de uma instituição de ensino superior Resumo: Time is increasingly fast and that speed, the processes in organizations often run informally, which creates further problems. It is important to have defined processes, systemized, which help the manager in any field to make decisions, optimizing the activities of the sectors that are interconnected. In this sense this work, theoretical and practical nature, proposes the analysis of the main methods of processes carried out by the Marketing sector, whose objective is the systematization of processes, showing a possible overload functions by employees of the Marketing sector. The systematization of the essential processes of an IES enables see the process more clearly, identifying possible gaps. the following administrative methods have been developed for this systematization, funcionograma, flowchart, QDT and 5W2H. This work is characterized with a case study, with exploratory and descriptive. direct observation technique was used to collect the necessary information and this information was analyzed qualitatively by analyzing the content developed. With the systematization of processes, showed the company what possible changes should be made, also resulted to the researcher the expansion of new knowledge about the issues addressed.
