    <summary type="text">Título: Nível de saúde física em gestores-educadores da cidade do natal: uma relação entre a qualidade de vida e a qualidade do trabalho durante o tempo de atuação profissional
Resumo: Regular physical activity, as body activation, it is an indispensable tool for the&#xD;
prevention of diseases as well as a facilitator for body functionality, increasing the&#xD;
disposition to daily practice and professional activities as well as developing&#xD;
one’s self-esteem. Therefore, this study explores basis related to physical health,&#xD;
addressing aspects of the work performed by manager’s educators in the school&#xD;
during practice time, considering its responsibilities in order to promote better&#xD;
physical condition and without risks for the implementation of related activities by&#xD;
these professionals, sustained by optimizing the quality of life, favored by a healthy&#xD;
management program. Therefore, the information contained in here may support, as&#xD;
suggested, several ideas to develop strategies that will build and consolidate an&#xD;
ascent line, physical and mental well-being, satisfactory in the implementation of a&#xD;
program of body movements under way to generate an influential constant in health&#xD;
and quality of life of teaching acting. The study evaluated 40 professionals, divided&#xD;
between managers and educators, as members of a school management, submitted&#xD;
to a questionnaire to identify and analyze their level of physical health, the welfare&#xD;
level as to the physical condition at work, the insertion of physical activity, the quality&#xD;
in the performance of duties and the emergence of possible injuries during the&#xD;
duration of professional activities. Then, the collected data were statistically&#xD;
analyzed, correlated and discussed, showing the indices established, shown in the&#xD;
levels of variables, expressed in percentages, possibly refer to the low levels of&#xD;
physical activity.

    <summary type="text">Título: Efeito de um programa de ginástica localizada sobre a autonomia funcional e qualidade de vida em mulheres idosas
Resumo: The progressive loss of autonomy in the elderly results of the various&#xD;
physiological changes inherent to the aging process. The aim of the study was to&#xD;
determine how much that is beneficial an exercise exercise program located to&#xD;
improve the functional autonomy and quality of life in the elderly. The literature review&#xD;
revealed that the authors are unanimous to stress the importance of resistive&#xD;
exercise in improving activities of daily living (ADL) and quality of life of the elderly. In&#xD;
addition, resistance exercise has great benefits to the body and mind in this specific&#xD;
population. The type of research was the interference with experimental design and&#xD;
the sample consisted of 12 women (n = 12), a group of located gymnastics (GGL) -&#xD;
(n = 6) and a control (GC) - (n = 6) and the mean age was 65 (± 2.98) years, chosen&#xD;
intended, with the help of the Social assistance Reference Center (CRAS), in their&#xD;
homes in the city of Serrinha (RN). The level of physical activity was assessed using&#xD;
a questionnaire individually made with each of the elderly. The statistical analysis&#xD;
used descriptive statistics and, for comparison between the variables, the critical t&#xD;
test association bi-flow to the means of C10m and LCLC tests and medians for LPS&#xD;
and LPDV tests. It was not identified in this study significant difference (p&gt; 0.05)&#xD;
between the level of physical activity and quality of life related to health. But we&#xD;
noticed an improvement trend in three tests (C10m, LPDV and LCLC) conducted&#xD;
post-intervention in the experimental group. Therefore, one can conclude that the&#xD;
sample of this study was larger, it would have a result with significant differences&#xD;
between the groups pre and post-intervention for this search. If that corroborate with&#xD;
studies related to the practice of resistance training, such as localized exercise and&#xD;
improving functional autonomy (ADL) and quality of life in the growing elderly&#xD;
population.

    <summary type="text">Título: A satisfação com a imagem corporal de indivíduos praticantes de musculação a partir dos 40 anos
Resumo: While current lifestyle brought by modernity is contributing to the decline in physical&#xD;
activity levels and increasing consumption of hypercaloric and processed foods,&#xD;
current beauty standards require anthropometric values even smaller. This reality&#xD;
can been seen in the constant search for the perfect, young, underweight or&#xD;
muscular body, constantly released by the media and featured in magazines, films&#xD;
and commercials, influencing on an increasing dissatisfaction of people with their&#xD;
own appearance. From this context, it is possible to highlight a constant search for&#xD;
the perfect body, according to the needs and objectives of each one. This research&#xD;
was conducted by applying a questionnaire with questions of self perception body&#xD;
and the use Stunkard Scale. The aim of the study was to compare the scale of&#xD;
satisfaction among men and women of 40 years old, who practice bodybuilding, with their own physical and image body. It is a descriptive research with cross-sectional&#xD;
design and the sample consisted on 40 volunteers, of which 20 were female (50%),&#xD;
and 20 male (50%), with age between 40 to 55 years. The study results could show&#xD;
that 15% of the women interviewed were not satisfied with their body appearance,&#xD;
while 85% were. As for the male sample, 25% were not satisfied with their body&#xD;
appearance, while 75% were satisfied. Therefore, the practice of bodybuilding for&#xD;
men and women above 40 years old gives them a higher level of satisfaction than&#xD;
dissatisfaction with their body image.

    <summary type="text">Título: Redes sociais e exercício físico: a utilização como ferramenta de orientação para prática
Resumo: Ever more we solve problems connected to the distance.With the increasing technologies and facilities on acess websites that grows more the number of the people using that way such a&#xD;
incentive and motivation to pratice physical ativities. On the social network Instagran where we&#xD;
have some segment “fitness” profiles for example, the famous Juliana Salimeni; Gracyane&#xD;
Barbosa; Gabriela Pugliesi.Thus my study have such General Objective: Identifying what the&#xD;
reasons those prattioners of physical activities. They follow that virtual profile and the risks&#xD;
involved and if are there some risks to do pratice physical activities without any professional&#xD;
support. The reseach has a cross-sectional descriptive. The sample was made 30 women of&#xD;
sixteen at thirty years old.That they do physical activities in Mossoró-RN city at least one year&#xD;
ago and they have a profile on the Instagran and follow profiles about fitness. It was prepared a&#xD;
questionnaire with ten questions closed interview. Result: Identified about 30 (100%) interviewers&#xD;
they follow that profiles fitness celebrities just a 9 (30%) known if those profiles are or not are on&#xD;
the area professional- Physical Educator. Everybody (100%) felt more motivated and influenced&#xD;
for pictures and videos directly posted to pratice physical activities and keeping a good nutrition.&#xD;
Everybody 30(100%) follow some tips posted by “musa fitness” at least one exercise, been 18&#xD;
(60%) that women already felt some pain or unconfort have done their exercises; 24(80%) don´'t&#xD;
looked any orientation professional. Conclusion: We have concluded that social networks are able&#xD;
to influence directly to motivation all the people and in order to the growing concern individuals&#xD;
with body. We can see the social networks have a lot musa fitness. They playing role on behavior&#xD;
people and also they have motivated and encouraged to do physical activity.
