Título: Comportamento dos índices financeiros em uma organização do terceiro setor: um estudo de caso em uma fundação de apoio - FUNCERN Resumo: The participation of the Foundations of Support in the development of teaching, research and extension activities with the Federal educational institutions are expressive each year, therefore, it is of primary importance that the Foundations adopt a management system capable of making them self-sustaining by identifying in its statements possible points for a better adaptation of its administrative processes. There are deficiencies in the management of these institutions, as well as the difficulty of raising their own resources. Through this mechanism, it is possible to verify that the organization's operations generate results, if they only cover their costs, or even if they are unable to cover their costs. The entity in question is FUNCERN, the IFRN Support Foundation. The theoretical foundation evidences the origin, concepts and scope of the Third Sector, and also dealing with the legislation that regulates the Foundations of Support. The methodology focuses on the bibliographic review on the subjects, besides an empirical research, being necessary adaptations for the economic evaluation of the entity. This paper aims to present the importance of the financial analysis to a Third Sector Organization, to elaborate and analyze the financial performance indicators. Finally, the strategy used to prepare the research is a case study, referring to the 2014, 2015 and 2016 financial years. The information collected was done through documentary research in the accounting reports and internal documents. Evaluations were carried out on the statements with the original data. Finally, Third Sector Organizations should be analyzed and managed as real companies, since they have social assets and given their importance to society as a whole, thus ensuring their continuity, that is, their financial sustainability. Título: Discurso religioso como projeto político do chefe do poder executivo: exercício à liberdade de expressão ou afronta ao estado laico? Resumo: The scope of the present work is to verify if the religious discourses used by the heads of the executive branch as a political project fall within the fundamental right to religious freedom or in patent affront to the Secular State. In this sense, the objective pursued is to determine whether state secularity is properly fulfilled in political rhetoric, considering the vertiginous rise of Christian religious discourses in national politics. The deductive method is used, analyzing the theme based on the general rule for specific cases. The hypothesis defended consists of the notion that the candidate for an elective mandate and, consequently, the political representative is not constitutionally legitimate to carry out his campaign, as well as to exercise his mandate with a speech / argument that favors a certain religion. At first, the historical roots of the relationship between the state and religion and the consequences that reverberate around the world are analyzed. The association between State and religion in Brazil is the result of a long process that has followed the country's history since the 16th century. In many moments in history, the Church has functioned as an instrument of social, political and cultural domination. Subsequently, religious freedom is widely explored, from its concept and characteristics to national and international standards that are intended for its protection. The Secular State is then approached under the bias of John Rawls, Jurgen Habermas, Chantal Mouffe and Marcelo Neves. It addresses the process of secularization arising from modernization and the understanding of the secularity theoretically enshrined in the Federal Constitution and its practical effectiveness. In the last chapter the discursive theory is thoroughly investigated under the approaches of Michel Foucault, Michel Pêcheux, Jugen Habermas, Chantal Mouffe and Laclau in order to identify whether the speeches given in the political arena when delivered by the elective mandate holders need to conform to the principle of state secularism. The legitimacy of the religious speeches made by candidates and those with an elective mandate to the head of the executive in the three federative spheres in relation to the principles of religious freedom, state secularism and the democratic regime itself is analyzed and presents the conclusions about the hypothesis raised, risks arising from linking religion and politics. Título: Perfil dos manipuladores de alimentos em algumas regiões do Brasil Resumo: Eating out of the home has grown considerably in recent years, becoming the habit of many. In view of this growth and appreciation of the sector, there was an increase in competitiveness and concern on the part of consumers regarding the sanitary and nutritional quality of food. It is important to have knowledge about the socioeconomic profile of food handlers, as they are characteristics that influence the proper perception of what health and healthy eating is. To avoid the transmission of diseases and accidents within food services, handlers need theoretical and practical knowledge. This study aimed to carry out a literature review using electronic library databases such as scielo, capes and google acadêmico, in order to identify scientific articles published in the period from 2010 to 2021, in order to review the publications that guide the study. Theme and identify the socio-economic profile of the food handler in some regions of brazil. It can be concluded that the majority of professionals are young adults, have a low level of education and little professional experience in the area.
