    <summary type="text">Título: Psicopolítica, sociedade digital e ansiedade coletiva: desafios jurídicos à proteção da saúde mental e dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes na era do controle invisível
Resumo: This work proposes a critical analysis of the impacts of digital society on mental health and&#xD;
fundamental rights, based on the theory of psychopolitics developed by Byung-Chul Han and&#xD;
on the reflections of social psychologist Jonathan Haidt regarding the so-called "anxious&#xD;
generation." It is based on the hypothesis that technological advancement, combined with the&#xD;
invisible control of emotions, desires, and behaviors, compromises the psychological wellbeing of both adults and children, requiring more effective and up-to-date legal responses. The&#xD;
research draws its legal foundations on upon the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Statute of&#xD;
the Child and Adolescent (ECA), the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and international&#xD;
human rights treaties as legal foundations. It is argued that the law needs to keep pace with new&#xD;
forms of domination that are imposed not by force, but by algorithmic power and behavioral&#xD;
surveillance.The study also highlights the urgency of the roles of the State, schools, and families&#xD;
as protective agents, proposing an interdisciplinary perspective on fundamental rights in the&#xD;
digital age and recognizing mental health as a collective legal asset under constant threat.

    <summary type="text">Título: Escravidão digital e a precarização do trabalho plataformizado
Resumo: Cet article vise à analyser l'esclavage numérique et ses impacts sur la précarité des relations de travail, en s'intéressant aux relations des travailleurs des applications. Il part du principe que le phénomène d'ubérisation, conjugué à l'absence de législation spécifique pour les plateformes numériques, a contribué de manière significative à l'extrême flexibilisation des relations de travail et à l'absence de droits fondamentaux, conduisant ainsi à l'esclavage numérique. Il s’agit d’une recherche qualitative, déductive, interdisciplinaire entre le droit et la sociologie. La recherche s'appuie sur des recherches bibliographiques et documentaires, basées sur des ouvrages universitaires, des articles et des recherches d'experts, ainsi que sur des données doctrinales et des décisions judiciaires récentes. Cette recherche démontre que, bien qu'encore formellement inexistants, des signes évidents de subordination existent, suggérant l'existence d'un lien dans le modèle de travail numérique, rendant obligatoire son adhésion aux normes de la Consolidation des lois du travail (CLT). L'étude vise à contribuer au débat sur la nécessité d'une protection juridique pour les travailleurs des plateformes. Des décisions récentes de la Cour supérieure du travail ont déjà reconnu les relations de travail entre chauffeurs et entreprises utilisant des applications, bien qu'il s'agisse encore de décisions minoritaires, le sujet a été largement débattu, notamment lorsqu'une dépendance économique et un manque d'autonomie réelle sont constatés. Des recherches empiriques ont montré que la durée moyenne du travail dépassait 10 heures, ce qui souligne la précarité du travail et rapproche ces conditions de travail d'une notion de travail assimilable à de l'esclavage. Conclure que l'esclavage numérique est une réalité émergente dans les relations de travail via les applications, nécessitant une intervention législative urgente afin de garantir des droits minimaux aux travailleurs.

    <summary type="text">Título: Serial killers e a justiça brasileira: o tratamento do direito penal em crimes de grande impacto
Resumo: Crimes committed by serial killers expose structural weaknesses within the&#xD;
Brazilian criminal justice system, particularly regarding investigation, criminal liability&#xD;
assessment, and sentencing. Due to the absence of a specific legal classification for&#xD;
serial killers, these offenders are judged under general homicide provisions, which&#xD;
often fail to reflect the level of dangerousness and the high risk of recidivism&#xD;
involved. As Ilana Casoy states, “Brazil lacks the investigative and institutional&#xD;
structure to deal with serial killers efficiently” (CASOY, 2014, p. 14). This article&#xD;
analyzes criminological, psychological, and legal aspects of serial homicide,&#xD;
examining emblematic cases in Brazil and abroad. A comparative analysis with&#xD;
jurisdictions such as the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and Canada&#xD;
highlights that the solution does not lie in creating a new criminal offense, but rather&#xD;
in improving and properly applying existing legal mechanisms. The study employs&#xD;
qualitative, exploratory, and comparative methodology based on literature review and&#xD;
case analysis.

    <summary type="text">Título: Responsabilidade civil do estado em serviços de saúde terceirizados: um estudo de caso sobre o mutirão de catarata em parelhas/rn à luz do art. 37, § 6º, da CF e do tema 940 do STF
Resumo: The provision of public health services through outsourced campaigns (mutirões), although aiming to&#xD;
expand population access and reduce waiting lists, imposes profound challenges on public&#xD;
management regarding the guarantee of health safety and the limits of state liability. In this sense, the&#xD;
study analyzes the application of State civil liability in the tragic case of the cataract surgery campaign&#xD;
held in Parelhas/RN, in light of Article 37, § 6, of the Federal Constitution and Theme 940 of the Supreme&#xD;
Federal Court (STF). The bibliographic and documentary research is based on legal doctrine, case law,&#xD;
and official technical reports from the health surveillance agency (SUVISA/RN), seeking to understand&#xD;
how the legal system reconciles the Administrative Risk Theory with the activities of outsourced&#xD;
companies in exceptional regimes. The results demonstrate that outsourcing does not exempt the&#xD;
municipal entity from its strict liability, evidencing that the failure in the duty to supervise (culpa in&#xD;
vigilando) and structural inadequacy attract the State's duty to indemnify, in accordance with the Double&#xD;
Guarantee Theory established by the STF, which bars the direct liability of the outsourced agent in the&#xD;
main lawsuit. Therefore, it is concluded that the Municipality has the unavoidable duty to repair the&#xD;
damages caused to patients and the obligation to exercise the action of recourse against the service&#xD;
provider, upon proof of technical fault, to ensure the protection of human dignity and reimbursement to&#xD;
the public treasury.
