    <summary type="text">Título: Comunicação interna: um estudo de caso na oficina MAD
Resumo: Internal communication tends to integrate the organization with its internal audience&#xD;
and share the interests of both sides. To do this, it is necessary to know the needs and&#xD;
expectations of employees, so that they accept and trust the process. To gain&#xD;
credibility, internal communication must be efficient in every way, being clear and&#xD;
objective. In the current scenario, the relevance of communication to the survival of an&#xD;
organization is evident, and for it to succeed it is necessary that the two types of&#xD;
communication, formal and informal, be carefully evaluated. The company can build&#xD;
an organizational culture through effective internal communication, establishing&#xD;
common goals and objectives, thus motivating its employees and certainly influence&#xD;
the productivity of the company. Because it is a subject that generates many conflicts&#xD;
in the organization, it is sought through the applied research in the MAD, to identify the&#xD;
problems related to the internal communication, to later apply methods that will&#xD;
contribute to the improvement of the communication in the company.

    <summary type="text">Título: Vendas em tempos de crise: uma pesquisa bibliográfica
Resumo: With the new scenario of the current Brazilian economy, it is necessary to study what&#xD;
the consumer is looking for and how he is evaluating the market in general so that he&#xD;
can deposit his trust and his savings for the acquisition of some product or service.&#xD;
The present study has the purpose of analyzing in a broad way the new phase of&#xD;
purchases of the Brazilian consumer in a period of recession of the economy and&#xD;
contribute to a better knowledge about its profile of consumption through relevant&#xD;
information and guide the strategy of commercial performance for strengthen its&#xD;
strategic planning against this new phase in which the country crosses. For this it&#xD;
uses bibliographic and exploratory research. The results of the article bring important&#xD;
lessons for the trading system. It is possible to highlight among them that the new&#xD;
consumer searches for brands that pass an identification image with their target&#xD;
audience and offer the best quality at the lowest possible price. It is also a public that&#xD;
uses various electronic means to explore the research on their consumer desires and&#xD;
research the opinions of other people, which reinforces the demand for quality and&#xD;
the commitment that these customers require of the market. In addition, the new consumer is concerned with socioeconomic issues and prides in buying from&#xD;
companies with a profile committed to this policy.
