    <title>O lugar da supervisão e orientação nos estágios: implicações na formação e ética do psicólogo</title>
    <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1480</link>
    <description>Título: O lugar da supervisão e orientação nos estágios: implicações na formação e ética do psicólogo
Resumo: Internships are mandatory in undergraduate psychology programs, and despite their late regulation, they are now supported by legislation, rights, and codes of ethics. However, even with this progress, gaps persist in training documents, especially regarding the main instructors: the supervisor and the internship advisor. Therefore, this exploratory study aims to analyze the roles of internship supervisors and advisors and their implications for the professional and ethical training of psychologists. To this end, a literature review was conducted using the descriptors: supervision, students, internship, training, and psychology. The results pointed to unanimity regarding the role of educators and instructors of advisors and supervisors; however, a simultaneous shortcoming in the training, practice, and selection of professionals occupying these positions was also evident. Consequently, this affects not only the professionalization of student-interns but also academic performance, ethics, professional skills and competencies, and mental health; in other words, it interferes, in a plural and negative way, with the future psychologists. In this sense, it is concluded that there is a need for improvements in legislation regarding psychology internships, in any of their modalities, and, similarly, regarding internship supervisors and advisors, since such legal and ethical conflicts also affect users from internship sites. Furthermore, there is a need for more regulatory bodies in these locations to ensure the professional qualification and psychological integrity of students during this constructive period of identity and professional transition.

    <title>Psicopolítica, sociedade digital e ansiedade coletiva: desafios jurídicos à proteção da saúde mental e dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes na era do controle invisível</title>

    <description>Título: Psicopolítica, sociedade digital e ansiedade coletiva: desafios jurídicos à proteção da saúde mental e dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes na era do controle invisível
Resumo: This work proposes a critical analysis of the impacts of digital society on mental health and&#xD;
fundamental rights, based on the theory of psychopolitics developed by Byung-Chul Han and&#xD;
on the reflections of social psychologist Jonathan Haidt regarding the so-called "anxious&#xD;
generation." It is based on the hypothesis that technological advancement, combined with the&#xD;
invisible control of emotions, desires, and behaviors, compromises the psychological wellbeing of both adults and children, requiring more effective and up-to-date legal responses. The&#xD;
research draws its legal foundations on upon the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Statute of&#xD;
the Child and Adolescent (ECA), the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and international&#xD;
human rights treaties as legal foundations. It is argued that the law needs to keep pace with new&#xD;
forms of domination that are imposed not by force, but by algorithmic power and behavioral&#xD;
surveillance.The study also highlights the urgency of the roles of the State, schools, and families&#xD;
as protective agents, proposing an interdisciplinary perspective on fundamental rights in the&#xD;
digital age and recognizing mental health as a collective legal asset under constant threat.

    <description>Título: Anteprojeto urbano: requalificação de uma praça na cidade de Pedro Velho/RN
Resumo: Maintaining public open spaces is fundamental to quality of life and sociability in &#xD;
cities. When insufficient, it compromises aesthetics, functionality, safety, and the &#xD;
sense of belonging among residents. This study analyzes the José Agripino Housing &#xD;
Complex Square and the pedestrian walkway on Rua da Linha, in Pedro Velho/RN, &#xD;
seeking to understand how the lack of maintenance affects the use, safety, and social &#xD;
interactions in these environments. It starts from the premise that well-maintained &#xD;
spaces encourage social interaction, while degradation discourages people from &#xD;
staying and reinforces the feeling of abandonment. The overall objective is to &#xD;
develop a preliminary requalification project for the José Agripino Housing Complex &#xD;
Square, promoting improvements that encourage use, increase safety, and promote &#xD;
the well-being of residents. To this end, the main problems resulting from the lack of &#xD;
maintenance were identified; the impact of degradation on user frequency and use &#xD;
was investigated; the perception of insecurity associated with deterioration was &#xD;
analyzed; and the social implications of the absence of leisure and social interaction &#xD;
facilities were studied. and proposed urban planning solutions that favor the use of &#xD;
public spaces. The qualitative methodology included on-site analyses, application of &#xD;
questionnaires with residents and public representatives, and bibliographic research. &#xD;
The results showed that the absence of continuous maintenance causes physical &#xD;
deterioration, reduces the frequency of users, and impairs the functionality of the &#xD;
spaces. It was found that simple and regular maintenance actions can reverse this &#xD;
situation, making the environments more welcoming and functional. The preliminary &#xD;
project developed achieved the proposed objective, configuring itself as an urban &#xD;
requalification strategy with the potential to promote social integration and security. &#xD;
However, it was not possible to delve into the social impacts of the lack of leisure and &#xD;
conviviality areas due to data limitations, which opens opportunities for future &#xD;
research.

    <title>Escravidão digital e a precarização do trabalho plataformizado</title>

    <description>Título: Escravidão digital e a precarização do trabalho plataformizado
