    <description>Título: Novidades na terapia nutricional da fibromialgia: uma revisão de literatura
Resumo: The importance of nutritional therapy in patients with fibromyalgia (FM) has proved over the&#xD;
years as a positive proposal on symptomology of patients with this disease. Some studies&#xD;
have shown that good nutrition is essential for these individuals to ease the pains impaired&#xD;
in patients with FM. The study is a review of literature that shows results obtained from&#xD;
literature searches and data base electronics like PubMed, Science Direct and SciELO. We&#xD;
used articles from national and international studies of the last eight years, in order to&#xD;
explain a better quality of life in individuals with FM. Reporting on the adequate intake of&#xD;
nutrients sources of coenzyme Q10, tryptophan, omega 3 and the restriction of gluten for&#xD;
better functionality and decrease the symptoms characteristic of the disease. We conclude&#xD;
that the introduction of these nutrients in patients with FM unsuccessful successful&#xD;
treatments along with reducing inflammation, chronic fatigue, excessive fatigue, improving&#xD;
stress levels and mood. Given the results presented nutrients in encouraging the adequate&#xD;
intake of it to a good quality of life.

Resumo: Vegetarian diets when appropriate meet the recommendations for the age of the child.&#xD;
It has been more likely that the dietary pattern of vegetarian children will be more&#xD;
satisfactory in meeting nutritional needs when compared to that of a carnivorous child.&#xD;
This study aimed to show the differences in dietary intake of carnivorous and&#xD;
vegetarian children, taking into account the importance of food education at an early&#xD;
age and future problems caused by poor diet. The study is a descriptive exploratory&#xD;
and comparative research and cross-sectional design. For its execution, 20 pre-school&#xD;
children participated in the study from which they answered a modified validated&#xD;
questionnaire regarditng food consumption. The questionnaire was administered by a&#xD;
Google Drive® computer tool and shared on a social network, Facebook®. According&#xD;
to the results obtained, the dietary differences of both groups were not significant,&#xD;
presenting the two good eating habits healthy for the age.
