With that, this study seeks to improve a better management of the Club, to minimize errors in decision making in signings. Through an applied research, quality quantitative form, the study presents a survey of data through bibliographical research and indirect observation on players participating in the study. The results obtained show that from a search on specific contracts and the maintenance of a base in the cast has more results that are satisfactory. In this way, the study shows the managers and football analysts, who in an evaluation by criteria, and this, well planned tends to minimize the errors in a season to a football club.
