<title>O lugar da supervisão e orientação nos estágios: implicações na formação e ética do psicólogo</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1480</link>
<description>Título: O lugar da supervisão e orientação nos estágios: implicações na formação e ética do psicólogo
Resumo: Internships are mandatory in undergraduate psychology programs, and despite their late regulation, they are now supported by legislation, rights, and codes of ethics. However, even with this progress, gaps persist in training documents, especially regarding the main instructors: the supervisor and the internship advisor. Therefore, this exploratory study aims to analyze the roles of internship supervisors and advisors and their implications for the professional and ethical training of psychologists. To this end, a literature review was conducted using the descriptors: supervision, students, internship, training, and psychology. The results pointed to unanimity regarding the role of educators and instructors of advisors and supervisors; however, a simultaneous shortcoming in the training, practice, and selection of professionals occupying these positions was also evident. Consequently, this affects not only the professionalization of student-interns but also academic performance, ethics, professional skills and competencies, and mental health; in other words, it interferes, in a plural and negative way, with the future psychologists. In this sense, it is concluded that there is a need for improvements in legislation regarding psychology internships, in any of their modalities, and, similarly, regarding internship supervisors and advisors, since such legal and ethical conflicts also affect users from internship sites. Furthermore, there is a need for more regulatory bodies in these locations to ensure the professional qualification and psychological integrity of students during this constructive period of identity and professional transition.

      <title>Alienação parental : manejo clínico na psicanálise</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1177</link>
<description>Título: Alienação parental : manejo clínico na psicanálise
Resumo: Parental alienation occurs when one parent manipulates the child into rejecting the other, negatively affecting the child’s emotional and psychological development. This phenomenon can lead to Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS), a disorder characterized by extreme emotional reactions in the child caused by parental manipulation. Psychoanalysis offers an effective approach to addressing this issue, using tools such as transference and active listening. Transference is important because it allows parents to overcome resistance and engage in treatment, integrating the family into the therapeutic process. In addition, listening to the child’s discourse, often through play or other symbolic methods, allows the child to express themselves in a safe and free manner. The presence of the parents in the therapeutic process is also relevant, as their attitudes directly influence the child's symptoms. By addressing family dynamics and underlying conflicts, psychoanalysis helps reduce the emotional harm caused by parental alienation. Thus, psychoanalytic intervention contributes to the child’s recovery, promoting psychological well-being and restoring family relationships, thereby minimizing the long-term negative effects of this emotional disturbance.

<title>Concepção da neurose obsessiva e suas implicações nas relações sociais: uma revisão narrativa</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1173</link>
<description>Título: Concepção da neurose obsessiva e suas implicações nas relações sociais: uma revisão narrativa
Resumo: The Obsessive Neurosis is a pathological aberration of the psychic state, arising from a traumatic and precocious sexual experience, which first represents a pleasurable experience, which was self-censored, that is, the individual scolds himself for his thoughts, so that they crowd and forms the so-called obsessive ideas cataloged by Freud with the following definition: “transformed self-accusations that emerged from repression and that are always related to some sexual act performed with pleasure in childhood” (FREUD, 1896). Given what has been said, the present study aims to investigate current conceptions about Male Obsessive Neurosis and its implications in social relations. Based on this purpose, in the methodology study (linked to the discipline of Research Practice in Psychology), a narrative review, through qualitative studies, where criteria of books and articles from the following journals were arranged: Google Academics, CAPES, PEPSIC and SciELO. The search was carried out on August twenty-fourth, two thousand and twenty-two, using the filters "masculine obsessive neurosis", "individual myth", "neurosis and social relations'', "neurosis in Freud'' and "neurosis in Lacan'', published from "1998 to 2021", and focusing mainly on texts published in Brazil. 4 books and 10 articles were found, of which 7 articles were selected for full coverage and discussion of the theme, and the 4 books were kept. divided into three categories of analysis: the first “How a male obsessive neurosis is formed”, presented the general formation of obsessive neuroses based on Lacan's Individual Myth and Freud's Rat Man; the second “Lacanian and Freudian conceptions about neurosis”, sought to understand the differences between Freud and Lacan, and how each of them saw the formation of neuroses; and the third “Implications of neurosis in social relations'', was analyzed according to current and previous conceptions, the dynamism of re social relations between male obsessive neurotics, and the enigmas and events subsequent to the formation of the neurosis in the adult phase. Preliminary analysis of the data collected, as the study is still in development, seek to understand the formations of determination of the male subject about obsessive neuroses, and the relation to social and individual aspects, where the neurotic fatality fits, making the subject unable to take advantage of any remnants of life and to invest his libido in real objects, he is therefore always busy using his energies to repress himself and repel his obsessive ideas. Therefore, there is a need to study the implications entailed by this theme.

<title>Explorando a complexidade diagnóstica do autismo: semelhanças e distinções com outras condições clínicas</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1172</link>
<description>Título: Explorando a complexidade diagnóstica do autismo: semelhanças e distinções com outras condições clínicas
Resumo: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition of highly heterogeneous nature, with great variability in its clinical manifestations. This diversity makes diagnosis difficult, mainly due to the overlap of symptoms with other conditions, which increases the challenges in achieving an accurate and thorough diagnosis. This study investigated the clinical manifestations associated with ASD that represent barriers to differential diagnosis, through an integrative review based on 22 articles and 3 books. The results were organized into two categories: "The Differential Diagnosis Process in ASD," which addresses the challenges of diagnosis and strategies to minimize errors, and "Similarities and Distinctions with Other Clinical Conditions," which examines the commonalities and differences between ASD and other conditions that hinder diagnosis. It was concluded that the diagnosis of ASD is complex and requires an integrative approach, considering the variability of manifestations and its high comorbidity. To ensure diagnostic accuracy, it is essential to use diverse tools and conduct a holistic analysis that takes into account behavioral, cognitive, and social aspects, as well as the family context. The continuous evolution of methodologies and filling gaps in the literature, especially regarding interrelationships with genetic syndromes and other conditions, are fundamental. Furthermore, progress in diagnosis depends on the training of qualified professionals and the use of innovative technologies, ensuring personalized interventions, promoting healthy and inclusive development, and improving the quality of life for children and their families.
