      <title>A efetividade do direito de acesso à justiça trabalhista pela pessoa idosa no Brasil</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/2062</link>
      <description>Título: A efetividade do direito de acesso à justiça trabalhista pela pessoa idosa no Brasil
Resumo: In view of the increase in the life expectancy of the Brazilian people, in which &#xD;
Brazil can no longer be considered with a young population, the elderly in 2010 &#xD;
already represented 11% of the national population, so it is of the utmost importance &#xD;
that science of the Law is concerned with the specific rights of this population, in &#xD;
particular the right of access to justice, given that the elderly population is made up of &#xD;
people who have specific characteristics and demand from the State effective public &#xD;
policies, since access to justice it is a fundamental human right, since it is the duty of &#xD;
the State to provide judicial activity, and it is also incumbent on it to establish and &#xD;
maintain mechanisms to enable the elderly to resolve their conflicts fairly and swiftly. &#xD;
When joining an action with the Labor Judiciary, it is expected that the litigation will &#xD;
be resolved as soon as possible. In the case of an elderly person, procedural speed &#xD;
should be the order of the day, given that the country's legal system guarantees the &#xD;
elderly person the priority in the procedure and the creation of specialized courts in &#xD;
the adjudication of disputes when they appear as parties or interested parties. There &#xD;
is insufficient differentiation of a process that processes with priority by a cover with a &#xD;
different color, in a rod that the judge has numerous processes for judgment. Thus, &#xD;
this monograph will address the principal and conceptual aspects of the term access &#xD;
to justice, understanding how law and justice have emerged, access to justice as a &#xD;
fundamental right of the human person, renewal of access to justice, access to &#xD;
justice for the elderly in Brazil, the elderly being recognized as a subject of rights by &#xD;
the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the obstacles and instruments that make &#xD;
feasible for the effective access to labor justice, concluding that access to justice by &#xD;
the elderly person in the Brazil is not effective in view of the many obstacles that &#xD;
impede the effectiveness of judicial protection, and the Brazilian State must comply &#xD;
with the provisions of the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Statute of the Elderly, &#xD;
since only then will we have a common justice for all those which hit the doors of the &#xD;
Labor Judiciary.

      <title>Limitações do índice de massa corporal e métodos de avaliação da composição corporal em mulheres com endometriose: uma revisão sistemática</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1945</link>
      <description>Título: Limitações do índice de massa corporal e métodos de avaliação da composição corporal em mulheres com endometriose: uma revisão sistemática
Resumo: Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease, and its relationship with body composition has attracted growing interest, particularly due to the limitations of Body Mass Index (BMI) in reflecting adiposity and body fat distribution. This systematic review aimed to determine whether assessment based solely on BMI might underestimate body composition changes in women with endometriosis when compared to methods that account for adiposity and body fat distribution. Searches were conducted in the PubMed, LILACS, and SciELO databases; following the selection process, eight studies met the eligibility criteria. The results showed that, although BMI is inversely associated with the presence of endometriosis, this indicator fails to identify changes related to body composition and visceral adiposity. In contrast, measures such as body fat percentage and body circumferences, along with indices like the Lipid Accumulation Product and the Visceral Adiposity Index, provided more sensitive information regarding these women's anthropometric profiles. Therefore, relying exclusively on BMI may underestimate significant body composition changes in women with endometriosis; consequently, combining it with other anthropometric indicators is recommended for a more comprehensive nutritional assessment.

      <title>Conhecimento da enfermagem sobre cuidados paliativos: uma revisão de escopo</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1934</link>
      <description>Título: Conhecimento da enfermagem sobre cuidados paliativos: uma revisão de escopo
Resumo: Objective: Map and synthesize the evidence available in the scientific literature about the nursing team's knowledge about palliative care in care practice.&#xD;
Methods: Scope review conducted according to the Joanna Briggs Institute method and registered on the open science platform. The search was carried out in three databases with broad health coverage, from March to April 2026, using controlled descriptors combined with Boolean operators. Two independent reviewers selected the studies through a reference management program and the analysis was descriptive.&#xD;
Results: Nine scientific articles were included. A pattern of insufficient to moderate knowledge among professionals was evident, predominantly focused on the management of physical pain and symptom control, with the persistence of pharmacological myths about opioids. Low self-competence was identified in the psychosocial and spiritual dimensions, in addition to communicative difficulties in the face of terminal illness, cultural taboos, paternalistic attitudes and high psychological exhaustion characterized by professional mourning.&#xD;
Conclusion: Nursing knowledge about palliative care appears to be technically consistent in the biological sphere, but scientifically fragmented. It is essential to strengthen evidence-based continuing education and structure institutional psychological support for workers.

      <title>Eficácia da tirzepatida no controle do peso e da composição corporal em adultos com obesidade e/ou diabetes tipo 2: uma revisão integrativa</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.unirn.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1919</link>
      <description>Título: Eficácia da tirzepatida no controle do peso e da composição corporal em adultos com obesidade e/ou diabetes tipo 2: uma revisão integrativa
Resumo: Objective: To analyze the efficacy of tirzepatide in the treatment of obesity and T2DM in adults&#xD;
within the context of general lifestyle interventions, discussing its effects on body composition,&#xD;
physiological mechanisms, and clinical applicability.&#xD;
Methods: This is an integrative literature review conducted according to PRISMA guidelines.&#xD;
Searches were performed in PubMed/MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Virtual Health Library (BVS), and&#xD;
SciELO using descriptors related to tirzepatide, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and dietary intervention.&#xD;
Studies published between 2020 and 2025 in English or Portuguese and involving adult populations&#xD;
were included. A total of 15 studies met the eligibility criteria and were included in the final analysis.&#xD;
&#xD;
Results: The findings indicate that tirzepatide promotes significant weight loss and glycemic control,&#xD;
with superior outcomes compared to placebo and, in specific scenarios, compared to agents such&#xD;
as semaglutide at certain doses. Substudies demonstrate that weight loss occurs predominantly&#xD;
through fat mass reduction, alongside decreased intramuscular fat. Mechanistic evidence suggests&#xD;
integrated effects on satiety, energy intake, and glucose-lipid metabolism, although without definitive&#xD;
mechanistic superiority over other incretin-based therapies. Real-world studies indicate favorable&#xD;
treatment persistence and a potential reduction in the risk of developing T2DM, although these&#xD;
findings are subject to observational biases.&#xD;
Conclusion: Tirzepatide shows robust evidence of efficacy in weight reduction and metabolic&#xD;
improvement in individuals with obesity and T2DM. However, current literature does not allow the&#xD;
identification of specific dietary strategies that optimize its effects, highlighting an important research&#xD;
gap. Its use should be considered within a continuous multidisciplinary care model, including&#xD;
nutritional and behavioral support.&#xD;
Keywords: Tirzepatide; Obesity; Type 2 diabetes mellitus; Body composition; Nutritional&#xD;
intervention.
