Os fatores que constituem a origem do autismo regressivo e a importância da análise do comportamento aplicada (ABA)

Abstract

Regressive autism is characterized by the definitive or significant loss of skills acquired by the child and can affect different areas of the human development. Therefore, the present study aims to identify the factors that constitute the origin of the phenomenon of regressive autism and understand the importance of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in treatment of children with ASD. In pursuit of these objectives, a brief bibliographic review, where the descriptors were initially defined as being “Autismo AND Regression AND ABA” and a search was carried out on article platforms scientific. After research, analyzed and understood the authors' studies found, such as Tamanha (2013); Mota (2019) and Silva (2021). Per Therefore, it was identified that the factors that give rise are related to the autism and the physiological process of neural pruning. Furthermore, it was understood that the ABA is essential for the interventional treatment of children on the spectrum autistic, considering that it is a science that works through the expansion of desired behavioral repertoire, making the child have better quality of life and well-being in the different contexts in which it is inserted.
