Análise dos impactos da inteligência artificial nas atividades jurisdicionais como ferramenta facilitadora do acesso à justiça e garantia da proteção às relações de trabalho

Abstract

The insertion of new technologies, used within legal environments, brought a new perspective for the application, management and production of procedural relations of Law. The objective of this work is to reflect on the impacts of artificial intelligence on jurisdictional activities as a tool to facilitate access to justice. Therefore, this research is exploratory, with a qualitative approach, in which a bibliographical research on the subject was carried out. At first, a brief definition of artificial intelligence and description of legal big data was performed, integrating it with electronic processes and, finally, using artificial intelligence to create Legal Expert Systems (SEL). In view of this, the obstacle arises regarding the legal limits that AI has for the promotion of justice and the subjective view, a basic point of law, within the processes. Therefore, the exploration of this technology has fundamental points of debate and analysis to guide the scope of the technology's performance to the detriment of supervision and human work. Finally, it is proposed to trace the repercussions of the implementation of AI in labor relations, aiming to contemplate its possible effects in the reduction of the labor supply.
