Abstract

This article aims to propose analysis more focused on women's protection tools and the flaws that these mechanisms have in the national and regional context, specifically, in Rio Grande do Norte. In this way, it Will demonstrate what means exist in the RN to implement the urgent protective measures contained in law 11.340/2006, and how they Will be applied. Further more, it willd is cuss the flaws in the means of inspection that are used, and the solutions to guarantee the effective ness of urgent protective measures. It is intended through this rese arch to verify possible solutions so that these measures are carried out effectively, see king solutions that can preserve the peace and emotional balance of victims who are experiencing or have already experienced life danger in their home and family environment. In the development of the study, it Will be understood where these measures are in Law 11.340/06, which measures are used and the existing mechanisms to enforce them, so that we can analyze where the failures in these mechanisms occur. For that, the deductive me thod will be used, based on the study off act sand laws, starting from assumptions of cases and events to the reality they reveal, where wesee the inefficiency of urgent protective measures under the prism of the current inspection.
